Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley Nocera has not spoken much about her family, but she credits her grandfather with instilling her interest in fitness. He was a bodybuilder during the 20s-30s. Ashley was physically active from the age of four. She started taking swimming lessons when she was just four years old, which she continued for 10 more. She participated in numerous events, but was never dedicated enough due to her inability to go on a strict diet so that her body could give all it can. The model was a bit popular in her high school years due to her beautiful look and beautiful body but it is not known who she was with in this time of her life. Ashley did not go to college after she graduated and instead focused on working as a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 when she realized that she was not content with how her body seemed. Her grandpa encouraged her train. However, she heeded his advice to begin gradually. Little did she know that she would spend nine years sculpting her body eventually becoming an exercise idol. Ashley was motivated by her success and entered into the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She came 7th and was then motivated to try even harder. Ashley went back to 2015. WBFF World Championships where she won 5th place. As the contest ended, Ashley made a decision to not to compete. There were offers to do photographs while she competed, but didn't want to mix careers, however after she had stopped competing, she decided to turn into an exercise model. Her cover was published in a well-known fitness publication, which launched her career in fitness modeling. She was signed by an agency immediately after. She has since become sought-after and popular model. She has appeared for many bikini brand names and globally renowned clothing companies.
